Scope and acceptance
A website enquiry is not an accepted engagement. Work begins after the scope, service fee, deliverables, exclusions and turnaround are agreed in writing.
Client-provided information
The client must be authorized to share the drawings and identify current revisions, relevant specifications and requested trades. Missing information is documented for clarification.
Estimates and technical review
Quantity takeoffs and cost estimates support the contractor’s review. They are not stamped engineering designs, guarantees of bid success or assurances of final construction cost. The contractor verifies site conditions, scope, quantities and procurement pricing before committing a bid.
Revisions
One clarification round on the original agreed scope is included when requested within seven days of delivery. Errors in our work are corrected without an additional service fee. New drawings, added trades and design changes require a revised quotation and approval.
Introductory offer
Introductory single-trade fees start at $125 for quantities only or $225 for takeoff plus cost estimating. The offer starts at public launch and ends after the first five paid projects or 60 calendar days, whichever comes first. Offer started 8 November 2026; the 60-day period ends 7 January 2027 at 00:00 India Standard Time. Final scope, eligibility, availability and fee are confirmed in the written quotation. Service fees and payments
The pricing page gives indicative USD service-fee ranges. Only an accepted written quotation fixes the fee and scope. Payment is 50% in advance after written acceptance and 50% before final report delivery, unless the accepted service contract specifies otherwise. Additional scope and any applicable taxes or processing/FX charges must be disclosed before acceptance.
Cancellation and refunds
If cancelled before work starts, prepaid service fees are refunded. After work starts, only documented completed work within the agreed fee is charged and unused prepaid funds are refunded, subject to applicable mandatory rights. Contact hello@meghaestimates.com with your project reference.
Engagement agreement
Confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, governing law and dispute provisions are specified in the written engagement agreement before acceptance. This website does not collect payments or automatically accept an engagement.
