Single-trade takeoff
From $125USD per project · introductory starting fee
One defined trade on a small, readable drawing set. Ideal when your team supplies construction pricing.
Megha Estimates single-trade quantity takeoffs start at $125 USD for a small, clearly defined scope. Single-trade takeoff plus cost estimating starts at $225 USD. Your drawings determine the final written quotation.
First 5 paid projects or 60 days.
The introductory offer starts when public enquiries officially open and ends after the first five paid projects or 60 calendar days from launch, whichever comes first. Offer started 8 November 2026 and ends 7 January 2027 at 00:00 India Standard Time, or after the first five paid projects, whichever comes first. Eligibility and availability will be confirmed in your written quotation.
Starting fees apply to manageable single-trade scopes on readable drawings. Added trades, complex plans, rush work and drawing revisions may cost more. This is an estimating-service fee, not the cost of construction. No payment is collected here.

Published advertisements for single-trade takeoff services — not equivalent-project quotations
Specific-trade takeoff. The same page advertises very small jobs within $100.
Approx. $200
These are selected advertisements, not a market average, a promise of identical scope or independently verified service quality. Providers may quote lower or higher fees after reviewing plans; some advertise smaller jobs below our starting fee. Inclusions, revisions, support and turnaround differ. Our $225 priced-estimate service is not compared with quantity-only starting fees. Compare the written scope and deliverables before choosing a service.
COMMERCIAL, LARGE OR COMPLEX PLANS
Scope first. Custom quotation.
Commercial work, larger homes, multiple buildings, incomplete plan sets, specialist systems and complex renovations are reviewed individually. Site/civil, structural, MEP, fire protection and other specialty scope is included only when expressly listed in the written quotation.
We assess drawing completeness and legibility, building size, selected trades, schedules/details, alternates, revision status, pricing research and reviewer effort. A small floor area does not always mean a simple estimate.
Quantity-only service: your team supplies construction rates; our fee covers the agreed takeoff and report.
Cost estimating: pricing inputs and their location/date basis must be available and documented. Supplier/subcontractor quotations or client-provided rates may be needed.
Delivery timing: confirmed after scope review and capacity check. The agreed clock starts after complete documents, written acceptance and the agreed advance.
SCOPE, REVISIONS & DELIVERY
Clear before you commit.
What is included in the quoted fee?
The named trades, drawing issue, deliverables, pricing responsibilities and review are listed in your written scope. Reports include relevant assumptions and exclusions. An all-trade sample does not mean every trade is included in every package.
Are corrections and drawing revisions included?
Corrections to our errors within the accepted scope are included. Clarifications within that scope are handled as agreed. New drawings, design changes, added trades or alternates require a separately approved fee and revised delivery date. There is no unlimited-revisions promise.
Can you accept an urgent deadline?
Ask us to review the deadline with your plans. Rush availability and any additional fee are confirmed in writing before acceptance; an urgent date is never assumed or automatically guaranteed.
Is this fee the cost to build my project?
No. These prices are for our estimating service. The construction cost estimate is a separate deliverable, based on the agreed quantities, documented pricing inputs, assumptions and intended use.
What is not automatically included?
Engineering design or stamping, site investigation, permit applications/fees, procurement, payment of construction costs, and specialist scope not named in the quotation. No guarantee of bid success or final construction cost is offered.
What do I receive, and how does approval work?
Quantity-only packages deliver an editable Excel schedule. Cost-estimate packages add a PDF report and detailed pricing workbook. We review the work before release; the contractor checks quantities, scope, site conditions and procurement pricing before using it for a bid.
