Information submitted
The quote form requests contact details, company, project location, scope, deadline and optional construction drawings. We use these to review scope, prepare a service quotation and, if engaged, perform the agreed estimating work.
Access and hosting
Documents are intended for authorized internal personnel. The current hosting environment is on Render in Oregon, United States. Internal staff may access project information from India. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. No system is represented as risk-free.
Service providers and communications
Hosting and an email provider process information needed to operate the service. The form does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list. Administrative enquiry notifications are separate from marketing.
AI processing
AI-assisted review may involve sending selected drawing-page content to OpenAI. We require separate recorded customer authorization before customer drawings are submitted for AI review. Submitting an enquiry, uploading drawings or an internal estimator verification checkbox is not that authorization. AI suggestions require human measurement and quality review before use in a deliverable. Scope review can proceed without AI processing.
Retention and requests
Contact hello@meghaestimates.com with your project reference to request access, correction or deletion. Retention requirements are agreed for each engagement; financial, audit, legal and backup records may have different retention requirements. Requests are reviewed by our team. Automatic deletion after a fixed period is not currently implemented and is not promised by this policy.
Cookies and local storage
The marketing form uses temporary browser session storage to support a drawing upload. No advertising tracker is installed. The private internal application stores recovery copies on authorized team devices.
